We're not yet accepting paid applicants — once we are, we'll update this policy and publish separate enrolment terms covering things like course fees and cancellation rights.

We work with a small number of trusted providers to run Renzo, including Meta (advertising), GoHighLevel (our CRM), Google (where you interact with Google-based ads or tools), and our hosting providers (Vercel, Google Workspace). We don't sell your data. If Renzo is ever involved in a merger, investment, or sale of the business, your information may transfer as part of that — we'd let you know if it changes how your data is used.
Some providers we use, like Meta and Google, may process data in the US or elsewhere. Where that happens, we rely on legally recognised safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your data protected.
If you join our waitlist, we may email you about course updates and related content. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we only email people who've opted in, or who we're allowed to contact under the "soft opt-in" rules for people who've already shown genuine interest. Opting out is as simple as clicking unsubscribe or emailing us — no explanation needed.
We never sell or rent your contact details to anyone else for their own marketing.
We keep waitlist and enquiry data for as long as you stay engaged with us, and review it periodically to delete what we no longer need. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will, unless the law requires us to keep limited records.

Renzo is built for working adults considering a career change. We don't knowingly collect data from, or direct our services at, children under 18.
We use reputable, secure infrastructure and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
We'll update this page as Renzo grows — most notably before we open paid course enrolment. We'll update the date above whenever we do, and let you know directly if a change is significant.
