A large part of the simulation phase is dedicated to safety judgement and on-the-job decision-making: how to assess a site, identify hazards, respond to unexpected conditions, and make the right call under pressure. You'll also practise core decorating technique in realistic virtual scenarios — so by the time you step on-site, your instincts are already trained.
