These terms cover your use of renzo-skills.com and our course landing pages (together, the "Site"), run by Renzo Skills Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17084776, registered office Mardle End, The Street, Sharrington, Melton Constable, England, NR24 2AB. By using the Site, you're agreeing to these terms — if you don't, please don't use it. Questions: ed@renzo-skills.com.
Right now, these terms cover browsing the Site, joining our waitlist, and our content. We're not yet accepting applications or payment for course enrolment — see "Course enrolment" below for what that means for you today.
Please use the Site lawfully, and don't:
Joining our waitlist or registering interest in a course isn't an enrolment, application, or contract for training, and doesn't guarantee you a place on a future cohort. No fees are payable at this stage. We'll be in touch as our pilot cohorts open up.
Our course material — including anything covering Painting & Decorating, or other trades — is provided for training and educational purposes. Trade work can involve real physical risk, especially work at height or with tools and equipment. You're responsible for following the health and safety rules, site-specific requirements, and any licensing or certification rules that apply to the work you do, and for getting appropriately supervised, hands-on experience before working unsupervised. To the fullest extent the law allows, Renzo isn't liable for how you apply what you learn in the real world.
Everything on the Site — the Renzo name and logo, course descriptions, our blog "The Renzo Signal", video content, and any demo learning platform material — belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but not to reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without asking us first at ed@renzo-skills.com.
If we give you access to a demo or preview of our learning platform, it's for evaluation only. What you see may not match the final course, and we may limit, change, or withdraw access at any time. If we give you login details, you're responsible for keeping them secure and for activity under your account.
Our blog and site content is general information, not career, financial, or professional advice. We may link to other websites — we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
By using the Site or contacting us, you're agreeing to communicate with us electronically — email, and any messaging we use for waitlist updates. If you've opted in, you'll hear from us about course news and updates; you can opt out any time (see our Privacy Policy).
We're not currently accepting applications or payment for paid course enrolment, and nothing on this Site is an offer to provide training services. Before we open enrolment, we'll publish separate terms covering course fees, payment, and your cancellation rights — including the 14-day statutory cooling-off period UK consumers are entitled to for services bought online.
The Site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be excluded, such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We'll update these terms as Renzo develops — especially once course enrolment opens. We'll update the date above whenever we do.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
